Sayehban Sepehr waterproofing obtain from refinery distilled bitumen by adding modifying polymers like PE , PP , APP. SBS
Adding polymer to Bitumen will increase bitumen operation and resistance in high temperature (80 ċ) and resistance against fracture in cold (-15 ċ) and also optimize Bitumen adhesion and flexibility .
Existance of booster Layers of fiberglass and polyester , guarantee product resistance against kinds of stretching and tear forces .

This product is an prefabricated waterproofing based on modified bitumen with Plastic polymers which have been flatten with a layer of Tissue Fiberglass and a layer of Non – woven Polyester .
The surface of this waterproofing has been covered by patterned or simple Aluminum Foil which cause UV ray reflection and decrease heat absorption in roof or wall of building or have been covered with PE film . This waterproofing is suitable when is covered after installation .
